This time, I made a tempura bowl with shrimp tempura, chicken thigh tempura, and duck tempura on top of rice. The sauce from the tempura bowl was poured onto the crispy tempura, and the sauce soaked into the rice, making it delicious.

It's a chain store, and it's now famous. I stop by when I want to eat something light. It's quite crowded at lunchtime. The udon noodles are chewy and very delicious. I eat it with lots of green onions. Udon noodles alone are reasonably priced, but if you add a number of toppings, it can get a bit expensive. The soup is also light and good. It's self-service, so you do everything from ordering to toppings to cleaning up. You can see that the food is being made right in front of your eyes, which makes it even more delicious. 2023.12 The store has moved to the back next door and is opening a new store. It has a very nice feel and feels modern. The view inside the store has improved. The chair has been changed to one without a backrest, which I liked better before. You can stretch your back and lean on it. The toilet has improved a lot. . . . The other day while I was eating, a mother with her child came in. The child was about 3 years old. The mother put two pieces of tempura on a plate and handed the child a tray. Mom had ordered her own udon. I was worried about something, but as I expected, I heard a clatter and the child knocked over the tray. Then, a female staff member immediately came out from behind the counter and said, "I'm sorry. The store was so crowded that I couldn't pay close attention to you," and cleaned up the food thoroughly before taking the child back to the tempura corner. I took him there, put the same tempura that had fallen on his plate, and said, ``Is this good? It's delicious, so please eat it,'' and guided him to his seat. I thought it was great. I think it would be amazing if this was part of store education. I think it's heartwarming even if it's just the individuality of the female members. I go there often.
