More Comments at Google MapA lovely surprise to find this place open for a late dinner on a road trip. The owner/chef was so friendly and brought us out free homemade pickles as well as free basmati rice to try. My son and I had just had Indian food a couple weeks earlier in Takasaki (it is a relatively rare treat for us because there is nothing local in our town), and he said, “This is even better!” I thought the food was decent, but the hospitality was excellent. Apparently he wasn’t trained as a chef, but all of his recipes are from his mother, so very authentic!
The clerk was nice and the cheese naan was delicious. You can also use PayPay and LINE Pay, which are popular now. There are about 20 types of curry, and you can choose from various sets, which is a great deal. I chose my set. There were plenty of side menus other than curry, so I wanted to come again and eat. Lassi is the recommended drink. Also had mango lassi. It was nice to have ample parking. First-timers may miss the entrance. You can use the yellow sign as a landmark, but if you pass by, you can turn left immediately and enter from the side street, so I love it.
The Nepali owner is kind, the food is delicious, and the service is good. The curry here is authentic and healthy.
