It's such a popular restaurant that as soon as it opens about 10 minutes ago, customers who appear to be locals begin to gather. It's a soba restaurant, as it says on the shoulder, but all the customers around me are also ordering Chinese noodles. Many Chinese restaurants use noodle shops to make their soba noodles by hand, but this restaurant also makes Chinese noodles in-house. This noodle is so delicious that I was moved just by discovering it.
When I visited at lunch time, it was nearly full. I know it's a popular restaurant. On the table, there is a guide for "half set 950 yen" apart from the main menu. It's a "recommendation of our store". The half set is a small serving of Chinese noodles and curry udon, and the curry udon can be changed to meat udon. I was wearing a white polo shirt that day, so I ordered a half set of Chinese noodles and meat udon. Chuka soba is a delicious old-fashioned ramen that makes you feel the tradition. In particular, the char siu was slightly thick and chewy, and it made me feel the flavor of the meat. As for the amount, the bowl is certainly small, but it is packed with contents, so if you are a light eater, you can be satisfied with just this. I think that many restaurants use pork belly for niku udon, but this restaurant uses beef. At first glance, it looks like Yamato-ni, but it is not boiled until it becomes soft. Like char siu, it has a chewy finish. And udon. The thin udon noodles that have absorbed the flavor of the soup are soft and have a completely different flavor than the chewy noodles of Chinese soba. The half set was a great value menu where you can enjoy two types of noodles and meat. It's a pity that I went to a soba restaurant and didn't end up eating soba.
Old-fashioned Chinese noodles. Simple green onions, pork belly, naruto, and menma. Deep seasoning. I think the amount is a lot. Chinese noodles have been popular for a long time, with people lining up even before the store opened. Also, the curry udon is delicious and recommended. Curry udon and Chinese noodles are very popular at this restaurant! Meat udon is also delicious! It's worth going once! The store may close after 1:30 p.m. Chinese noodles and curry udon are out of stock. Recommended to go early. By the way, it opens at 11am.
