Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Sajiro Cafe

Fantastic flavours! We came here for lunch and ordered 3 different curries (vegetable, mutton, and butter chicken), and all were absolutely delicious, full of well-steeped flavours and paired perfectly with hot fluffy naan. I also had a small hot chai with milk and it was creamy and perfect. The decor was charming and rustic on the inside and out. Super reasonably priced, and lovely service! Definitely one of the best Indian food restaurants I’ve had in Japan. I think there are a couple of parking spaces, but we saw some people struggle to navigate the narrow lane ways to make use of them. 2 minutes away from the main shopping street!

So amazing! I went during some rain and it has the most amazing cosy European style vibe inside. The food was really great and was the best curry I've had so far in Japan.

Not like an other typical Nepalese restaurants. I think this is one of the best Nepalese restaurants I have ever dined in Japan. Restaurent’s environment is way too good. The staffs’ warm welcoming behavior gave us a homely feelings.
