More Comments at Google MapYou can get a good variety of food here for a low price. Ramen, noodles, curry and rice, et. cetera. They change food from time to time as well and it's pretty cheap.
Cheap
I used it for lunch on my way back from Jindai Botanical Garden. I didn't want to disturb the students during lunch, so I visited a little before 1:00 p.m. (It was until 13:30 on this day) You go to a special counter for noodles, and other items you like individually on a tray and pay. Transportation IC cards such as Suica can also be used. Students use a school cafeteria pass (a system in which parents register their transportation IC card, etc. in advance, deposit money, and pay from there. Parents can check online what their child has eaten and how much money is left). It's convenient to be able to do that. Ginger-grilled (198 yen), fried gyoza (66 yen), winter side dish trio (110 yen), small rice (76 yen for 150g), all for a great price of 450 yen. The total calories, amount of salt, and score based on the 3-group scoring system are displayed on the receipt, allowing you to check what you're missing or too much of the food you've eaten. It seems like there aren't enough greens (vegetables) in my menu that day...
