More Comments at Google MapFirst visit in March. At that time, I will have a silk loin and set meal. and August. The menu has changed a bit, and there was a limited menu, so I visited again. I thought I'd have chicken cutlet, but I was told that "chicken is over and Sangenton is still available". All right then, make a quick decision I ordered a silk Sangen pork loin and set meal. After the hospital, somehow, it doesn't feel like a cutlet. I've been wondering about it for a long time, but I finally visited in March for the first time. In order to face the heat wave, I revisited with "Today I'm going to replenish my stamina with pork cutlet!" First of all, a pork tendon terrine is served like an appetizer. This is delicious, isn't it? Pepper is working, but it's just flavor and not pungent. This restaurant is known for its silk pork cutlet and is characterized by its white robe. Since it is cooked at a low temperature, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to serve. The atmosphere of the restaurant is more like a western restaurant than a tonkatsu restaurant. Set the table with rice, pork miso soup, and fruits. It's not like anything changes when the robe turns white, but even an amateur can guess that a considerable amount of skill is required to finish it white. The crispy, juicy and tender cutlet is delicious. There are four types available: rock salt, spicy garlic soy sauce, lemon salt, and sweet sauce. For me, one bite of salt is enough and the sauce is too strong, so I prefer to eat it with raw soy sauce. I tried it all over, and mixed a little sauce with soy sauce as a tentative idea based on the last time. This was the correct answer here. It's a nice shop, and I'm happy with the kindness of the staff. I'm looking forward to the chicken cutlet next time.
It is a so-called low-temperature cooking tonkatsu restaurant, and the loin cutlet is soft and delicious, but not very lean. And the fillet cutlet is the softest I've ever eaten, and it disappears as soon as you eat it... This is the level you want to introduce to others!
Of course, the tonkatsu was carefully made and delicious, but there was a lot of salt and sauce to match, so I could eat it without getting tired of it. Satisfaction MAX🍀
