I wonder if the char siu has a red flavor that retains the original taste of the meat? It tasted quite good. The curry rice was also an old-fashioned sweet roux, which had a strangely nostalgic taste 😊 Then, I bought wild vegetable inari, egg rolls, and ohagi to take home. This is something I look forward to after I get home (lol). The inside of the store was empty, but the take-out orders were so successful that there was a line, and it seemed like they were sold out. Since it has a strong taste, I think it will be even more satisfying if you eat it with a sweet side dish. The noodles are thin and the soup is piping hot, which is ideal. A large serving is more than one ball. The pork loin has a good balance of small loin and fat. The ingredients are chopped green onions, green beans, seasoned menma, and naruto for a nostalgic ramen. It tastes exactly as it looks, and you can rest assured that it won't disappoint. There are many elderly people inside and outside the store, and it is clear that the restaurant is loved by local people of all ages. He has the skills of a veteran when it comes to customer service and timing. A shop where you can feel the atmosphere and humanity. I'll be visiting regularly! This is a slightly retro-looking shop located on Banba Street, near Ohanabatake Station on the Chichibu Railway. Besides ramen, they also have curry rice, udon, etc. Also, the egg rolls, inari, and onigiri that I bought to take home were very delicious (I don't have a picture, but the donuts were delicious too)! I found another favorite restaurant in Chichibu (lol). I would like to visit regularly! Closed on Wednesdays.
