I had the tanned dengaku set meal. It was a sweet miso dengaku dish with a slight hint of Japanese pepper, and the tofu was fragrantly grilled and very delicious. The simmered side dishes are also very carefully prepared and are very delicious, with a gentle yet deep flavor that brings out the umami of the vegetables. It's surprising that a set meal of such quality costs 840 yen in this day and age... Regarding the customer service that you all pointed out, I certainly felt that it was a bit blunt, but given the deliciousness and reasonable price, I wouldn't mind going there at all. People who take it for granted to be treated kindly may be surprised. The owner was a bright and friendly person, so I didn't feel like there was a bad atmosphere in the store.
