More Comments at Google MapI was surprised when the sashimi came out, but the salmon cutlet, namero, and robatayaki were all delicious. I was especially impressed by the lotus root eaten with truffle salt.
I ordered a large serving of soy sauce ramen during lunch time. Ramen with clams x scallops x chicken soup x soy sauce. Good noodles! Soup is good! Although the soup is made from shellfish soup stock, the ramen is well-formed and the flavor of the shellfish oozes out within the precise contours of the soy sauce. Yuzu pepper is also added as a flavor change. By adding it in the middle, it becomes a nice accent. Since it's a shellfish soup stock, you'd think it would be light, but the soy sauce is surprisingly strong, so by adding the yuzu and pepper halfway through, it gives a light flavor and makes it easier to eat. When it comes to shellfish soup, Amber, which is based on various colored clams, is famous around here. The shellfish itself stands out here, and it feels like a completely opposite approach, so it might be interesting to compare them. That said, I personally find Kohaku's bowls to be more delicious than the noodles. (Kohaku is a very popular store, so the line up can be a little tricky) This ramen is just as delicious☺️
Special salt ramen + rice cooked with clams It's been a long time since I found a delicious cup. Noodles are good and soup is also delicious. I don't usually drink soup... The food here is clean and refreshing. Next time I would like to try their recommended soy sauce.
