I was hungry so I got greedy and ate too much. Whatever I eat is delicious. We started with draft beer, followed by blowfish skin with ponzu sauce, grilled nagaimo, salt-grilled meatballs, filefish sashimi, rare grilled white liver, potato salad, and a highball squeezed with fresh lemon. The puffer fish skin with ponzu sauce has a nice texture, and the grated maple leaves and ponzu sauce are neither too spicy nor too sour. As I watched the yam slowly roasting, I was filled with emotion and thought, Wow, it's finally here. The aroma of charcoal was fragrant and the inside was crispy. The meatballs are spread on a rice paddle, and the volume is bigger than it looks! It's refreshing and delicious. Filefish sashimi is thinly sliced ​​and looks beautiful. Although it had a strong taste, it wasn't overpowering, and it was really delicious when served with liver soy sauce. The white liver has no fishy smell and is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Serve with sesame oil and salt. I ordered the potato salad because it was delicious the last time I came here. I was already full, but I really wanted to eat, so I asked for a smaller portion. The smoked aroma and texture of Iburigakko are irresistible. Everything is delicious and satisfying, all at surprisingly reasonable prices. The staff were all very nice and kind, the store was lively, and they even came out of the store to see me off on my way home, making it a very pleasant experience. It's been a few years since I last visited, but I want to go more often next time. This time I went without a reservation and was lucky enough to get in by chance, but since it was a weekend, everyone else around me had reservations. I think it's safer to make a reservation.
