This is a self-service Matsuya restaurant in Ota that is open 24 hours a day. This time I went to have breakfast at 6:30am. Orders are placed at a terminal with a large display. There will be a number written on the order form that will be discovered, and that number will be called to pick up your order. The beef bowl was delicious and satisfying as usual.
