Ota, Gunma, Japan｜Sukiya

In my experience, I think this is the best Sukiya with the best atmosphere. A regular car was parked in a parking space reserved for large vehicles, and a large truck could not stop and left. I took out the green onion kimchi beef bowl. Just the right amount of spiciness with lots of green onions. I would like it to be a regular menu item.

I went at 6am. Two people, including the mother, served customers with a gentle and courteous manner. It was a time that made me want to come here again.

The delivery speed was fast and the staff was very responsive. I also liked that the onions were well-cooked without being spicy. It probably depends on the restaurant and how busy it is, but gyudon restaurants often have spicy and crunchy onions in it... Speaking of greed, I don't like green onions, so I thought it would be nice to be able to make miso soup without green onions. It's quite difficult to make such an order, especially if you're ordering a tablet.
