Since it is a Korean yakiniku restaurant, I also ordered chijimi. The shop staff asked me whether I wanted it to be soft or chewy. It was like eating authentic Chijimi with a chewy texture (^ ^) The most delicious sauce I've ever had at a yakiniku restaurant. It's not smooth, it's a rich type, so it's easy to get entangled with meat and it's satisfying to eat. I'm from Kansai, so I've had many opportunities to go to Tsuruhashi to eat yakiniku, but the sauce was the best I've had anywhere. (^ ^) You can buy sauce, so I bought it. The owner taught me how to use sauce other than yakiniku. ⚫︎Gyoza ⚫︎Hot pot ⚫︎Udon ⚫︎Fried rice, etc. More than the price, the quality of the meat was good and the cost performance was good.
