Gifu, Japan｜Matsuya

I love this place. It's fast, cheap, healthy, and tastes awesome. Way better then a lot of the other gyudon places around the area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I ate a beef bowl salad set for lunch. It was very delicious as usual. I think the good thing about Matsuya is that there are no big changes.

I've only been to Matsuya's Gifu Akanebe store, so I'll be comparing it to other chains. Considering how crowded the store is, I think the time from ordering to serving is shorter than any other chain. I get Negitama at any chain, but I like Matsuya's because the sauce on the green onions is a little spicy and gives it a nice accent. The amount of soup is just right, and the rice doesn't get soggy towards the end, making it easy to eat. I also like the round shape of the gyudon bento bowl. Perhaps it didn't take long for me to make the green onion egg separately, but it seemed to be completed faster than the previous customer's order, and I think there was an announcement that the order would be changed. That's kind of you. I won't reflect this in the reviews, but the last time I went there, the customer in front of me was probably not used to ordering with a touch screen, so I had to wait a while, so I thought it would be nice if there were two panels for ordering. After that, when I finished ordering and tried to get the ticket, the previous customer's item was in the takeout slot, so I had to talk to someone else who had a bad taste and was a little disgusted.
