There are lots of seasoned onions under the cutlet, and you can eat rice with just this. It also came with warm soba. The hoto udon had a mild pumpkin flavor. My wife likes udon, so if we have delicious udon, the repeat rate will increase. I want to eat hoto udon again, and I want to eat miso nikomi udon and kenchin nikomi udon, so I think I'll go again soon.
