I want to eat soba! So I went to a store that I had been curious about for a long time. The parking lot is small and there are only 5 spaces and I was the last one. The shop seems to be quite busy, probably run by a couple. I ordered the Mori Soba Shrimp Tempura Set/Mori Soba (large) and mini curry. I wonder if the soba is smooth and chewy? It's so white. It's really delicious. The soup is crispy. Very dark. The batter of the shrimp tempura was crispy and light, and the shrimp was plump and sweet.It's been a while since I've had such delicious shrimp tempura. Soba-yu was served, but it was so delicious that it wasn't enough lol I'll definitely go again! !
