2023.6.1 (Thu) Mori soba and recommended tempura served in a stylish bowl. It seems like a long-established store that is popular among the elderly. It is an elegant soba that is thin but chewy and goes down easily. The soba hot water poured into the teapot also shows the attention to detail. Freshly fried tempura eaten with salt is also very satisfying.

You can enjoy white and thin soba noodles. The scent is nice and delicate. It is served in a painted box, but I always find it strange that there is no water in the box after I finish eating, and the soba noodles are still wet. The soup is sweet and matches the soba noodles. When I first visited, I was seated at a table, but it was fun to wait for my soba while watching the owner's quick movements at the counter. I always get tempura, which is fried crispy and has a nice aroma from the oil. Favorite store.

Sarashina soba is delicious. Personally, I really like soba. The presentation is beautiful, and both the cold and warm soba noodles are delicious. The inside of the restaurant smells like sesame oil from tempura.
