A good place. Customers always full, but the condition are still quiet, with the enjoyable classic music background. Udon is nice also. Must try.

Yamagen is particular about making their noodles by hand, so it takes a long time to serve them, but that makes up for the delicious Mizusawa udon. Also, since two sauces are served, sesame and soy sauce, you can enjoy different flavors. The menu structure is simple, with tempura included or not.

It is very tasty. In particular, the sesame sauce had a nice aroma and a light texture, making it a great soup that even people who don't like thick soups would be addicted to. The menu is very small, but we are confident that we can compete with just that. However, the wait is much longer than other stores. The aged noodles are boiled in a large pot for each order, so you can think of it as ``exciting time'' or ``frustrating time.'' I think the waiting time is a great time to plan your next trip, but there were hardly any pamphlets for nearby facilities in the store...I felt like it was a waste.
