Arrived around 20:00 on Sunday, November 12, 2023. First look: I found a large radish soba on sale for 650 yen. The shredded soba noodles (Nihachi?), which must have been soaked in cold water at a very low temperature, had just the right amount of firmness and were right in the middle of my taste. The recent hand-made noodle machines are amazing. You can drink as much soba tea as you like, and you can choose your own spicy or sweet soba soup. If we're talking about the same type of soba, there aren't many places that can offer this level of soba at this price. It seems that the cold water tightening cannot be maintained with the equipment of a private shop. Yudeya Fuji, which is available at many chain restaurants, is good, but for a simple soba taste, this one wins by far. Also, the seasonal dishes, soy milk tandan soba, and nabeyaki udon looked quite delicious.
