I visited at 12:45 on a weekday and there were 3 groups waiting. I was able to enter the store after waiting for about 30 minutes. I ordered two colors of soba gaki, seiro and sarashina, and tempura. Quench your thirst with beer while you wait. The soba noodles arrived in about 15 minutes. It has a soft soba aroma and sweetness, and is chewy and very delicious. The soba soup has a strong salty taste to my liking. About 15 minutes later, the soba noodles arrived. The Sarashina had a smooth texture and sweetness, and the Seiro had just the right amount of elasticity and the scent of buckwheat, and both were extremely delicious. The tempura is crispy and the vegetables have a strong sweetness, making it very delicious. The main seats are tatami rooms, but the space is spacious and I didn't have to worry about other groups' conversations, so it felt like a great atmosphere. But the husband and wife? It seems that there are two people running the restaurant, and it seems that it takes some time for the food to be served, so it may not be suitable for those who are in a hurry. Five or six customers came after us, and by 2:00 p.m., the soba noodles were sold out. This soba restaurant is highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal.

The freshly made soba noodles, which are easy to swallow and have a good aroma, are so delicious that you will groan with just one bite. In addition, the tempura is surprisingly crispy. You can eat the whole headed shrimp from the head to the tail, and even an amateur can understand that the ingredients of the vegetable tempura are really important. The owner seems to be working alone, so even if there is a short waiting time, it is a shop that makes you happy.
