Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜Sarashina

I visited on 2022/4/30. My wife is eating zaru soba and I am eating shrimp tempura soba this month. The zaru was white and thin Sarashina soba, and the shrimp tempura soba was thicker. It is quite elaborate. The soup was sweet with bonito, and the soba was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Radish soba and curry udon rice. Of course, soba is delicious. The curry udon is also delicious. The portions are quite large, so you can order a smaller amount of udon noodles. When you eat barley rice with pickles, you will be overwhelmed with emotion!

I went on a weekday and it was empty. The inside of the store was dark and a little cold. What I ordered was Seirosoba. The soba and soup were so delicious that I could have eaten another serving. *We are also closed on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
