I wanted to go to this soba restaurant that has been around since the Meiji era as it was being renovated this summer, and I was finally able to visit it today. It's a very nice store with a beautiful gate and interior. I had mori soba and tempura. The noodles are chewy and have a strong soba aroma, and are so delicious that you can't help but keep eating them. The tempura was crispy and fluffy, the oil was not greasy at all, and the large shrimp and maitake mushrooms were very delicious. This is a recommended shop where the staff are cheerful and easy to interact with.

Unfortunately, it was a cold day with rain in the Nikko Kinugawa area. I wanted to eat some hot soba noodles, so I ended up at this soba restaurant. It feels like a long-established soba restaurant, and the structure and atmosphere are nice. My family and I focused on the tempura soba and tempura soba warm soba noodles. The soba soup was to my liking, and the tempura was topped with the standard large shrimp, eggplant, pumpkin, maitake mushrooms, and crispy seasonal tempura. It was very delicious. I would like to stop by again when I come to Nikko area.
