Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜蕎粋庵

I visited around noon on Sunday, so I waited for about 30 minutes, but it was in the roadside station, so I was able to spend my time leisurely looking at the sales floor. I ordered only tempura, soba croquettes and drinks. Although we were two people, we only ordered one serving of soba noodles, but we had a good time. Tempura is one shrimp and plenty of vegetables. Full volume! The soba noodles were also voluminous, thin and delicious.

It was refreshing and very delicious!

The leaf wasabi soba and chitake soba are especially delicious. There are many soba restaurants in this area, but I don't know of any other places where you can enjoy wasabi leaves and chitake mushrooms, so please come by!
