As the name suggests, the restaurant serves small dishes centered on soba and udon noodles, as well as a wide variety of set menus such as rice bowls and set meals. It's fun to choose the menu. I ordered the "sashimi set", which consisted of soba noodles, sashimi, salad, rice balls, and a small side dish, and was a very well-balanced set. The soba noodles are short and thin, and are chewy and flavorful.The soba soup is also delicious with a slight sweetness and bonito soup. Overall, it was a very satisfying meal, and I felt like I would like to come back again for the set menu, which focuses on soba.

Shimono-san? Mr. Shimotsuke? It was my first time entering. I received the lunch menu. It came with tuna, scallops, and fried chicken, and I was able to get a second helping of rice. The soba was especially delicious, and I would like to order the zaru soba next time.
