This is the first visit The restaurant is a renovated home, so there aren't many seats, but you can enjoy authentic soba noodles. I don't know if it depends on the season, but they serve Echizen soba from Fukui Prefecture. I received a large serving of Mori Soba. The soba noodles had a nice aroma, were chewy, and the soup was just right, so it was delicious. On this day, there seemed to be a limited edition of 10 servings of Echizen soba, but it seems that it cannot be made into large servings. Most people were able to eat the set that included tempura. As I was leaving, the owner came out to the parking lot and told me that they served Juwari Soba instead of Nihachi Soba. It was a very nice restaurant with friendly customer service that served delicious soba noodles.

This is a very kind and delicious soba restaurant. The soba noodles were solid and delicious, but I also had the seasonal tempura with the precious Japanese seri. Since it was a ladies' set (it's not just for women, men can order it too), it also came with a dessert of mildly sweet bean paste and shiratama after the meal, which made me feel very satisfied. The staff at the store are friendly and there is a relaxed atmosphere where you can feel free to receive recommendations.
