I heard from the hairdresser at my favorite beauty salon that it was delicious, so this is my first visit. The store looked nice from the outside. The store was clean and the customer service was good. I had the vegetable tempura, grated eggplant soba only in summer, and dashimaki tamago. 😊

I tried it once, but it was closed on regular holidays, so when I visited this time with some anxiety, I was relieved to find it open. It seems that there are sometimes irregular holidays, so if you are concerned, it is a good idea to call before visiting. Since we avoided the busy times, we were seated with no waiting customers. The inside of the store is really beautiful. I think it may have only been open for a while, but it is kept well-maintained. There are recommended menu items in addition to what is available at your seat. This time, I ordered the 80% soba with conger conger eel and seasonal tempura soba. After you place your order, you can hear the sound of the food being made. It has been pointed out that the service will be delayed during busy times, but if you change the time, the service will be delayed. The tempura arrived first, and the platter was enough to get me excited! And after a while, soba noodles on a colander! I thought it would be really filling, but I was able to finish it with plenty of room to spare. The tempura is freshly fried and really delicious. You may feel that the price is high, but... When I thought about the time and effort it took, I thought it couldn't be helped. It has become a store that I would like to visit again as a reward for myself. For me, it was a perfect store.

The soba noodles are thin, yet firm and chewy, and are delicious even in large portions. The tempura is not oily or heavy at all, it is light and crispy and very delicious. The fluffy conger tempura was amazing✨ When should we go next? I can't help but look forward to it 😊
