My first time eating Kasu udon, it was surprisingly light and delicious😋👍

It seems that the kasu in udon is hormones. The soup stock is light, flavorful, and delicious. On weekdays, rice balls are free! ️That's awesome😃

Kasu is not tempura kasu, but oil lees, which makes the soup the most delicious.
