Intimate atmosphere, delectable ingredients prepared masterfully, and a friendly and accommodating wait staff. We don’t speak Japanese and there’s no English menu. We got by with the google translate camera feature (recommended) and photos from their Instagram. The best meal I’ve had in Japan so far.

I stayed in a nearby hotel and randomly found an izakaya. I came in and tasted it and it was amazing! 🔹Meals 1. The appetizers are very exquisite. The fresh and sweet taste fills the whole mouth after one bite. It is very attentive. 2. The chicken is served cold, with moderate saltiness, and the sweetness of the chicken is perfectly complemented. 3. Egg Tamagoyaki, with just the right humidity and a strong egg flavor 4. Grilled squid, with a slight carbon taste, brings out the freshness and sweetness of the squid, and it is even more flavorful when paired with soy sauce. 5. Grilled rice balls, the slightly salty soy sauce flavor brings out the aroma of Japanese rice, followed by the taste of the master's charcoal grilling, coupled with the texture of the crispy rice, it is very rich in the mouth. 6. Grilled Ebi, served with cream sauce, the refreshing taste makes the shrimp taste richer. 7. Miso meatballs, the saltiness of miso and the sweetness of pork are highly recommended. 🔹Dining environment & service attitude Regardless of the decoration and presentation, you can feel the chef's attentiveness. The service staff can speak English and there is no problem in communication, not to mention the service attitude! 🔹Summary There is not a single dish that is out of this world. The look in the chef’s eyes shows his care and respect for the ingredients. If you go to Okayama, you must visit this restaurant. 👍👍👍

Came in late on a weekday night. Every dish was carefully prepared, delicious to eat, and delicious to look at. It was also very comfortable.
