More Comments at Google MapI wanted to eat horumon udon, so I stopped by while touring. I had the "Yaki Horumon Udon". It is a lively shop, and I would like to stop by again if I pass nearby.
It was my first time eating Tsuyama hormone udon and it was very delicious. The combination of the softness of the udon noodles and the crunchy texture of the horumon gives it an indescribably delicious taste.
Wow, I've been here for the first time in 6 years (^^) The menu has expanded. After all, it feels like the ``old-fashioned udon from northern Okayama Prefecture'' with a ``tough'' texture, and the texture is a little chewy. "Stewed udon" has a nice simmered texture and the udon is not mushy. The taste is miso-flavored and rich, and even though it contains vegetables, it doesn't feel watery at all. The vegetables are also very crunchy which is great! I generally don't like noodle dishes with vegetables (udon or ramen) because they tend to be watery no matter where I eat them, but this is not the case at all and I highly recommend them (^^) I ate the "hormone stew udon set meal" and although it wasn't full of hormones, the hormone and miso flavors were perfect and it was very delicious! Crispy! Zaku! The cooked vegetables, crunchy offal, and miso flavor make the rice go great (^^) “Beef Sozuri Meat Nabeyaki Udon” is soy sauce flavored. The vegetables are crunchy, the chives are crunchy, the udon noodles are mild, and the soy sauce soup comes from the sozuri meat, which is like a double soup stock that combines meat and fish. This is also delicious with the sharpness of the soy sauce and the richness of the meat. Sozuri meat is meat that is made by scraping off the remaining meat around the muscles and bones, so it is cut into small pieces and is hard, so older people may find it tiring to chew it (^_^;) Both are voluminous and will keep your body warm, so I highly recommend them!
