Tsuyama, Okayama, Japan｜Mulasaki

I wanted to eat udon so I went there for lunch on a weekday. It may be a little difficult to enter the store from the opposite lane. The parking lot is large and easy to park. It's open from 10am. I arrived after 11 o'clock this time, but there were only two customers in front of me. At the reception desk, you select the udon noodles you want to eat, put your tempura, rice balls, etc. on your own plate, and proceed to the cash register. I ordered a half of Toro Tamaki Bukkake Udon (cold) for ¥400, chicken tempura for ¥120, eggplant tempura for ¥100, squid tempura for ¥130, and fried chicken for ¥80. I wanted to eat a lot of tempura, so I was grateful for the half size ✨ It seems like the udon will be brought to the table when it's ready, and by then I'll have green onions, tempura and cold ingredients prepared from the condiments corner. It was delivered fairly quickly. Apparently, the hot udon is served with thick noodles, and the cold udon is served with flat noodles, but it has a firm texture and goes down your throat perfectly! ️ The tempura was also crispy and delicious. The service was quick, the number of customers was increasing, and the customers were quick to get in and out. The staff was kind, and the store was spacious and nice.

In Tsuyama, I used to go to standard restaurants such as "Betsubara" and "Marugame Seimen", but this is my first time to try "Murasaki" even though they are all over the prefecture (^_^;) Tempura is delicious! ! Jade heaven is also in the best condition! ! The udon noodles and noodle soup are also delicious! ! For the time being, udon will be “purple”! favorite! ! ! (^^)
