Salt-grilled duck with soba shochu, sweet egg rolls served piping hot and topped with the shop's delicious soup stock...it's simply exquisite! Of course, the soba noodles in both Sarashina and Inaka are very delicious. The husband and wife's personalities are great, and I think this is a store I would like to visit often.

I went there for the first time, but I felt at ease with the nostalgic atmosphere of being at a relative's house. I had grated tempura, but the texture of the noodles was amazing and it was an authentic taste. There is also a volume and you will be full. The freshly grated wasabi and dried bonito flakes are very delicious, and I felt that they were particular about their commitment to putting effort into even the areas where they seemed to be lazy. I want to go again!

Hand-made 100% soba noodles, looks like a hard-nosed and stern man. I was impressed to see such a cool shop nearby. There is a tatami room, so you can feel safe even with children. The view of the courtyard from the counter is also a nice touch.
