I had oyster soba for the first time this season (*´-`) The soba and dashi are in harmony and have a gentle taste♪ The ingredients are simple, but you can taste several flavors! The soba-yu had a gentle texture and went into my body easily😄 There are other menu items that interest me, so I'm looking forward to the next time! 😆

I had been to Togakushi Soba/Hachibei in Fujieda City before, but I heard from my son who lives in Fujieda City that there was a store called ``Masudaya Soba Store,'' so we went there for lunch together. It seems that the business is run by a husband and wife team, and they take sufficient measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, such as greeting customers when entering the store, alcohol disinfectant and droplet prevention panels, and seating at a counter instead of face-to-face. . I ordered double tempura grated soba with a lot of shrimp tempura and had to wait about 10 minutes for the bowl to arrive. It was much faster than I expected, which surprised me a little. The soba was moderately cold and chewy, and the 8 pieces of fried shrimp tempura were freshly fried and crispy. Both the soba and shrimp tempura were delicious, and the soy sauce flavor of the soup stock was perfect, so I finished it in no time. I poured a small amount of soba-yu into the remaining soup stock and drank it all. Oh, it was delicious. I found a store I want to go to again. This time, I visited Masdaya with my wife.
