Brand new restaurants are lined up in the east building of the ASTY station building at Shizuoka Station. As expected, Shizuoka is close to the fishing port, so there are many delicious restaurants. I was attracted to the tuna, but since I had to go to Yaizu City after this, I decided to hold off on the tuna. Aside from tuna, sakura shrimp and whitebait are also famous, but I was so moved by the word that fresh whitebait was in stock that I entered a restaurant called Tempura Sakaba Goro. Of course, I chose the raw shirasu bowl. The store name says it's a bar, but I was at work so I had to be patient... Raw shirasu, not kettle-fried whitebait, cannot be eaten unless it is near a fishing port and is very fresh. The raw shirasu was so delicious that you couldn't even see the rice. It was delicious, but since I was able to eat fresh raw whitebait in Hiroshima, I later regretted that I should have eaten tuna since I came to Shizuoka.
