Two simple servings of traditional Japanese soba noodles, perfectly cooked. One hot soba with tempura mushrooms, prawn and eggplant; the other cold soba with tempura Sakura prawns, grated daikon and fine spring onion. Both delicious & great value!

Best soba which is called SOBA in japanese in Mishima station located in Izu area. Chef has come from hotel chef. Bette say soba cased on japanese traditional Washoku, not from simple soba restaurant. If you want to have a party, chef can consider and be flexible. Should try it before you climb my. Fuji. Cost is just nice around 1000-1500JPY for lunch.
