Soba, tempura, and soup stock are all delicious! ! I was curious after reading the reviews. As the reviews say, the soba noodles are really delicious 😳! Although the noodles are thin, they are chewy and can be eaten completely. There are two types of soup, a thick soup and a homemade radish soup, and I enjoyed alternating between the strong soup and the refreshing radish soup. The tempura was crispy, not oily, and all had firm flesh, and the shrimp in particular was juicy and delicious. It is said that it will be open from 11:00 to 15:00 and will close as soon as it runs out, but on this day there was a sign saying it was closed at around 12:30. We arrived just after 11 o'clock on a Sunday, but the place was already full and we waited for about 30 minutes. (You can wait in the car by writing your phone number on the waiting list.) However, I thought it was a store that was well worth queuing for 😊 The atmosphere inside the store was very good, as it resembled an old folk house, and the store was full of energy with many energetic people. It has become my favorite shop that I want to go to again!

The deliciousness of the soba is the best ever! It was awesome👍When I visited around 11:15 on Sunday, the restaurant was full of first-time customers. Waited about 30 minutes before entering the store. The restaurant has 3 tables and 3 tatami seats. A I ordered a set meal. Although the noodles were thin, they were firm and had a good texture, which made them very delicious 😊 I had the radish soup for the first time, and when I added a little more soy sauce, it was delicious! The light and firm noodle soup was intertwined with the delicious soba noodles and it was really delicious ✌️ The tempura was also made with 5 vegetables and seafood, and of course the vegetables were delicious, but the plump scallops, plump shrimp, and thick and soft squid were also delicious! The food was absolutely perfect, right down to the sweetness of the dessert! The only thing is that the owner's energetic voice sounded like a lively ramen shop (lol). I'm not saying it's bad, but I personally think it's a bit of a mismatch with the atmosphere of an old Japanese-style soba restaurant. That's exactly what I thought. There were about 6 parking spaces in front of the store, but there was a temporary parking lot a little further down the slope (lower right side as seen from the store).

Third visit this year! Tsumugi's handmade soba noodles are also delicious, and the soup stock is delicious! The radish soup is also addictingly delicious! For those who want a luxurious tempura platter with lots of seafood, we recommend the A set meal, and for those who prefer vegetable tempura with shrimp, we recommend the B set meal! The amount of yam rice is just the right amount, and I think even women can eat both soba and yam rice! Mori Soba also comes with soba hot water, so you can enjoy it deliciously until the end! The default soba in the set is mori soba, but you can change it to kake soba for an additional 50 yen! Kakesoba is a type of soba that is less sweet and has a salty flavor and soup stock! The unique flavor of yuzu is very effective and I highly recommend it! Of course, the soba is delicious, but the best thing about Tsumugi is the warmth of the people. Hayato, his wife, his daughter, and all the other employees serve customers with great care! Every time I go to Himeji, I come back feeling warm ( ´ ▽ ` ) Depending on when you go, it may be crowded and it may take a while to eat, but when I went there, I was able to eat smoothly!
