I came to the store with two friends around 13:00 on Saturday, September 2nd. The store and parking lot were empty, and there was one other customer inside the store. We were able to enter a spacious tatami room that could seat 4 to 6 people, even if it was only 2 people. The soba noodles were absolutely delicious, and when I added the pink rock salt on the table, it was surprisingly delicious! Personally, I found that after eating more than 10 dishes, I sprinkled a little more rock salt (my tongue became numb to the taste, so this is the point) and it tasted dramatically better! I would definitely go again. thank you very much. My friend and I came to the restaurant around 1:00 pm on Saturday, 9/2. The soba noodles were unquestionably delicious, and when I added the pink rock salt on the table, I was shocked at how good it tasted! Thank you very much.

It is located far from the center of Izushi town. There is a lot of seating, with table seats and a small raised area, and it feels new and clean. Jazz was playing. The parking lot is also large. There were several male staff members in their 40s. Izushi soba. 5 dishes of Sarasoba costs 900 yen per person. The set comes with raw egg, grated radish, green onion, and wasabi. I ordered 8 dishes first. The first half is eaten with beaten eggs, and the second half is eaten with grated yam. It was just the right amount without having to ask for more. Soba has a firm texture. The tsuyu was not sweet and had a strong soy sauce flavor. (I prefer a sweeter tsuyu.) It was a hot day, and the cold soba was delicious. It was a nice shop.

I asked about the soba making experience. Is it the second handsome young man? Shopkeeper? I was taught very kindly and politely. I ate soba noodles that I made from flour myself. It was delicious. However, if you order it additionally and compare it with professional soba, the difference is clear. Professionals are different. Not only the appearance but also the smoothness was completely different (lol) There is also a parking lot, so I recommend it here!
