Beef noodle is delicious

Dengaku is a dish of offal simmered in a rich oden soup, and you can add udon (you can also choose soba or somen) to it, depending on your preference. This time I got udon noodles. The dashi stock has a very good seasoning and goes well with the offal and udon. It contains a lot of different parts of hormones and is very voluminous.
