This time, I ordered mixed soba and seasonal tempura and waited about 10 minutes. First of all, from ordinary soba noodles to smooth soba noodles It has a firm flavor and a firm texture. The thicker one has a chewy texture, but it is not hard, and both are delicious. The tempura is also crispy with only seasonal vegetables and can be rinsed with a light feeling. In particular, the corn tempura was exquisite, and the more I chewed, the sweeter it came out, and I was really interested. Soba and tempura are 2,900 yen, which is a little expensive for lunch, but the taste is worth it.

It's my first time to see flat soba noodles like this! ️ I was surprised that it hit more flat than I expected🫢 Personally, I was impressed by the soba gaki tempura♡ The sticky soba gaki tempura was delicious when eaten with salt🥰 I was so impressed by the taste of it for the first time.
