On the way to Tsukechi Gorge, I saw a sign that said ``Tsuchinokoyaki''. I got curious and made a U-turn. It was such a cute candy. It had a red bean paste and custard flavor. You'll want to take it as a souvenir. Apparently they also do mail order...that's amazing. In addition, Gifu's specialty hoba sushi, which is stuffed with salmon, perilla seeds, and kyarabuki, was delicious, voluminous, and exquisite. Tempura service when you eat in! ?
