Wonderful Soba noodles with tempura shrimp.

extremely good soba!

It's chewy and it's the soba! Zaru soba has two steps, but it is pelori. Wasabi should not be too spicy. You can also serve soba-yu. Although it is crowded at a fairly popular shop, I think the rotation is fast. There are both chairs and tatami mats.
