Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜蔵

I found this place by chance in Matsumoto. The owner is an amazing chef. His specialty is actually sashimi and tempura. I got the set dinner and got to sample a bit of everything. Just an amazing place, with great local sake selection and also the interior of the restaurant is quite impressive. Highly recomend it, they also havr English menus.

The Matsu-sushi set was very delicious! I highly recommend this place.

Great food of excellent quality ingredients. Both sushi and tempura of the sishi-tempura set were excellent. Very good value for money.
