This Soba was sooo good!!! The People working were so nice, friendly and helpful. Our server spoke great English also which helped with any questions on the process or how to use or eat things the proper way which made our full experience. 10 stars if I could!! I would like to also note that although there are other Soba places in the area with more or higher reviews (4.3 star & 2500 reviews) the other Soba places seemed like tourist traps with lines out the door and people waiting in the cold. And by tourists, I mean people that looked to be Japanese tourists that were not from this specific area. DONT WAIT IN THOSE LINES, go here and enjoy the greatness. You can also watch them make the noodles from scratch in he storefront windows... full experience for sure 👌🏼🥢 🥇

2023.5/28 I visited before noon. There were a lot of tourists, so we had lunch a little early. I ordered a large bowl of soba and was happy when it was delivered to me. This is because it came with simmered wild vegetables, Nemagaritake mushrooms, and Koya tofu. I'm happy with this service. It's really delicious when you try it. The combination with soba is also perfect! The soba noodles also had a simple taste and were delicious, typical of Togakushi. It's a large portion and I'm very satisfied!
