More Comments at Google MapOn the way from Tokyo to Toyama, I got off at Joetsu and went to eat Hegisoba! Because it was lunchtime during Obon, we had to wait about 30 minutes for 20 groups. 4 servings for 3 parent and child and 2 servings of tempura. Was it a little too many? I ate until I was full! You won't be able to taste the smooth, chewy texture of other soba noodles, so be sure to stop by at least once!
I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The soba noodles were medium-thick and went down smoothly, and the soup had a hint of bonito, giving it a very satisfying taste. The plum whitebait bowl in the set has just the right amount of salt and goes perfectly with the soba noodles. The portion was bowl-sized and perfect for my stomach ☺️
This is a branch of Kojimaya, whose main store is in Tokamachi, and a store located in Aeon ❗️ You can eat as much soba noodles as you like with Funoori seaweed as it goes down your throat 😁👍
