At a walking distance from Nagaoka station, I really recommend this restaurant if you wanna try the local soba. We were lucky it was empty, the service is perfect and soba was really delicious !! 👍🏼

Hegi soba is famous, but I was curious about this month's recommendation, so I ordered it, fried eggplant and chicken tempura grated soba, and soba can be made into a large serving. When I slurped it vigorously, it was finished in no time. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but it is not possible to park much. Coincidentally, there was one vacant seat this time. The toothpick was also a little strange. The soba was delicious. Next time I would like to come to eat Hegisoba. Thank you for the meal.

Hegisoba is my favorite. The texture of buckwheat noodles with funori seaweed is elastic, and the scent of seaweed and the scent of buckwheat make it a soba experience that cannot be experienced anywhere else. I always stop by when I go to Nagaoka. Souvenir dried noodles are also delicious.
