Both soba and tempura are delicious. Even more than that, I think the green onions as a condiment are really delicious for some reason. Addendum 1: Acrylic boards have been installed at the counter seats to prevent infectious diseases, which shows the high level of awareness. Addendum 2: It seems that the soba noodles are being made just in time for the 11 o'clock opening, so if you enter the store while waiting for the store to open, you can sometimes see the soba noodles being made. It's not always possible to see them, but it's cool to see the soba being made by the craftsmen, and it's great to be able to enjoy the soba in three different ways: freshly made, freshly cut, and freshly boiled.

There were some idiotic reviews that said the beer tasted like crap and that it was too expensive, and some had a false sense of money, but in reality, the Sarashina soba, which is rare around here, has a nice and elegant impression. The store is also very clean and the staff are polite and wonderful. The rice bowls in the set were exceptional, with a wide variety of varieties, and matched to the season, making me feel like they put in a lot of effort. Everything was well balanced.

A soba restaurant with a calm atmosphere. Everyone in the family loves it because of its strong flavor. I often go to eat at some celebration. The waiting time is long, so you might get irritated if you don't have time to spare.
