I made a reservation online through Okayama Tourism. Reservations are essential as the place was fully booked even on weekdays. Everything was delicious, so I ended up adding more to the menu, and although it ended up costing a lot of money, I was very satisfied. Among them, the salted mackerel tataki was irresistibly delicious. The fragrant aroma of the skin spreads in your mouth and whets your appetite. The pasteurization is also exquisite, and the umami is concentrated by broiling it while retaining the moist texture of sashimi, which is brought out even more when eaten with salt. It was delicious and made me feel happy. Also, the stir-fried offal and Yomenakase were absolutely delicious. I prefer fried hormones to hormone udon. This was my first time eating yellow chives, and the crunchy texture, spiciness, and lingering chive aroma were addictive. All of the seasonings are delicious, and if you keep eating them, the flavors will disappear in no time. I would like to go again if I have a chance.
