It's located at the west end of the Kajicho-dori arcade, so it's far from Hamamatsu Station, but I decided to visit it because I heard that you can drink Shizuoka sake. Shizuoka has many delicious sakes, but I chose Isojiman first. I had fried chicken shrimp as an appetizer, and both the chopsticks and the sake went well♪ For food, I chose smoked fish potato salad, fried Inada tartar sauce, and sashimi. Inada's fries are juicy and delicious like chicken fillet! Maybe it was because it was thick? For the sashimi, I was attracted to the tuna bellies and cutlassfish. Tonight's surprise was the fugu marinated in kelp and shallots dressed with Kinzanji miso. I don't really like shallots because they have a strong bitter and pungent taste, but when you eat them wrapped in the fugu kelp, the texture and taste are irresistible. We enjoyed Kikusui, Hatsugame, and Shizuoka's sake, and had a happy night in Hamamatsu. And above all...the best thing about this restaurant was the chef's attentiveness.
