Five months after opening, I was finally able to make my wish come true and eat southern bluefin tuna! Since the only menu that included sushi was the Maruiri Gozen (limited to 10 meals), I went to Suka three times and only had soft serve ice cream the fourth time, making this my fifth visit. I found out on Instagram that there was a limited-time “Kiwami Natural Tuna Sushi Zen” available from November 1st to November 19th, so I hurried over there and somehow managed to stay safe! The sushi set has southern bluefin tuna in the front row and bluefin tuna in the back row. The potato salad that comes with it has chopped iburi gakko in it, giving it a nice smoky aroma and crunchy texture. In the colorful tuna bowl, you can enjoy a variety of tuna such as southern bluefin tuna, bigeye tuna, albacore tuna, red meat, medium fatty tuna, large fatty tuna, broiled, and tataki. I was so emotional because I finally got to eat it (lol) Although the price was high, I was very satisfied with the taste and it was delicious. Currently, they are also selling take-out sushi at the store next door, so I'm glad to hear from customers like me.

I entered the restaurant around 11:30 p.m., and the 16 tables were already full. Safe to slip into the specially selected natural tuna rice bowl, which is limited to 10 servings. It was fatty and delicious, and the best part was that as soon as I put it in my mouth, I could feel the fat melting out of it, and it was really delicious.
