We had assorted skewers, assorted sashimi, duck loin, etc. Deep-fried skewers, rice balls and oyster rice porridge were especially delicious. I personally felt that the sashimi platter wasn't particularly noteworthy. ※The bonito sashimi was fresh and delicious👍 Personally, meat dishes and rice dishes were better than seafood.
Originally, I was thinking of going to Kadoya, which has a good reputation. However, the parking lot was full. I'll be showing off again this time. So I changed my location to Kakuman, which I visited about half a year ago. The look and atmosphere of the store seems better than Kadoya. I've never been to Yadoya, so I can't say for sure. Last time, I remember ordering boiled kinme. This time it's Tekkadon. Tekka is a little thin. It is arranged radially. The rice was vinegared and had just the right amount of flavor. Serve with soy sauce. The tuna was really fresh and delicious without any fishy smell. Since the tekka was not very thick, I felt that it lacked texture and texture, but overall it was a well-made tekka bowl. The tea was equally delicious as the Tekkadon. It has a good balance of bitterness and aroma. I had a second helping. I don't know if they have a particular brand or production area, but it's a good shop that pays close attention to their tea. Next time I'll order a hamburger.
