Wonderful experience. We walked in and, despite not speaking Japanese (and them not really speaking English), were served attentively and treated to a selection of delicious small plates to go with our sake.

I visited for the first time in June 2023 based on the reviews here. Advance reservations for the 4,000 yen course. All dishes are delicious. A classic Japanese Kaiseki meal without any eccentricity. It was my first time to experience grilled scallops sandwiched between grills. It was really delicious. At the end, freshly cooked rice cooked exclusively for one person was served. I couldn't finish it so I took it home and ate it the next morning at the inn I was staying at, and it was delicious even when it was cold. I'll see you again at the end of the month!

I made a reservation when I traveled to Izu and went with my husband. I ate a course meal (5000 yen) with steak. The atmosphere of the shop was good with a friendly general, and all the dishes were very delicious and I was able to spend a wonderful time. I want to go again when I come to Izu ♪
